ConventionSouth is published by Covey Communications Corp, the 27-year-old company responsible for numerous nationally-distributed magazines for targeted markets. Covey Communication also publishes SportsEvents, the magazine for planners of all types of sports events held throughout the United States. In May 2005, Covey Communications purchased the 523-page Skater's Edge Sourcebook, and has also produced two additional sports facilities directories, The Soccer Fields & Facilities Directory and The Baseball/Softball Fields and Facilities Directory. Covey also produced S.P.O.R.T.S Institute, an educational conference and trade show for sports events planners.
