Embassy Suites Hotel & Spa Hot Springs: The 246-room hotel added the word “spa” to its name in 2007 when it added the new Spa Botanica.
Jonesboro
Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce: John Q. Hammons Hotels and Resorts announced plans to open a nine-story, 220-room Courtyard by Marriott and adjoining 65,000-square-foot convention center.
Little Rock
Little Rock CVB: 2007 brought the addition of a new visitor center at Little Rock Central High School to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the desegregation of U.S. public schools.
The Capital Hotel: Undergoing a restoration and will reopen this fall with 94 rooms, including 19 luxury rooms and suites, a new ballroom and five kitchens.
